I started at the Fish Hatchery as a Bookkeeper, and grew my skills to take on more of an Assistant Manager role. My responsibilities include updating the ledger, managing payroll, overseeing fundraising efforts, maintaining the organization's website and social media platforms, conducting educational tours of the hatchery facility as well as the surrounding area, and supervising colleagues when we have additional staff in the summer.
